This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Cléor OÜ (operating as Cléor Studio) and applies to all purchases made through cleorstudio.com. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

 

General Cancellation Terms

Due to the nature of our products and the speed at which we process orders, all orders placed through cleorstudio.com are considered final and cannot be cancelled once submitted. This ensures that your order is prepared for dispatch without delay and maintains the integrity of our inventory and quality-control process.

If you no longer wish to keep your order once it has been delivered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that strict hygiene rules apply to hair extensions (see below).

Pre-Orders & Pre-Sale Items

From time to time, we may offer items for pre-order or pre-sale. These items are made available for purchase before they are physically in stock. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Extended lead times: Delivery of pre-order or pre-sale items may take up to 1–2 months, depending on manufacturer production schedules, restock dates, or other supply-chain factors beyond our control.
  • No cancellations: Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of the production or delivery timeframe.
  • Shipping confirmation: Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available, and you will receive a tracking number at that time.

 

Hygiene and Product Eligibility

Please note that due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for products that have been opened, worn, altered, or where the security seals or original packaging have been tampered with.

This rule is in line with EU consumer protection laws, which allow certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal for products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once opened.


 Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver within the stated shipping times (generally 3–8 business days for standard orders, up to 1–2 months for pre-orders), unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier delays
  • Manufacturer delays for pre-sale items
  • Strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

Such delays do not give rise to a right of cancellation. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to delivery estimates.
